Watch the whole video. This is a dunk contest - All Starr 1995 from Slovenia. You especially must see last 3 minutes, becouse you will see amazing dunk - jumping over the car. Player is Marko Milič, he is still playing for slovenian basketball team Union Olimpija in Euroleague and he was even playing (well more sitting) in NBA for few years.
